Todd Treanor studied cinematography at Columbia College in the early 90’s. While still in his Junior year, he directed Nickelodeon’s Fall ’94 “Nick Universe” campaign, as well as several broadcast spots announcing the launch of the TV Land cable network. Soon after, Todd and his brother Paul formed Treanor Brothers Animation in a San Francisco storefront. With a keen eye for composition, lighting, cameras, and directing action sequences, Todd brings a cinematographer’s sensibilities to every project.
Paul has been animating since childhood, starting with flip-books and later moving on to stop motion. He was introduced to CG while studying graphic design at New York’s School of Visual Arts, and soon began freelance work in the broadcast and videogame industries. In 1994, he and his brother Todd decided to combine their talents to form Treanor Brothers Animation. As Lead Animator, Paul’s extensive industry experience ensures that large animation projects are managed efficiently, always on time and within budget.
